Dime Insight Library Co., Ltd. is committed to transparent, fair policies for participants enrolling in our instructor-led workshops, technical masterclasses, and institutional advisory programs. This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, refunds, and course rescheduling.

1. Educational Cohort Refund Eligibility

Cancellations Made 14 or More Days in Advance

If you notify us of cancellation at least 14 full calendar days prior to the published start date of your registered workshop cohort:

• You are eligible for a 100% full refund of the tuition paid, less any non-refundable third-party bank wire or currency conversion processing fees (typically $15–$25 USD equivalent).

Cancellations Made Between 7 and 14 Days in Advance

If you cancel between 7 and 14 calendar days prior to the cohort start date:

• You are eligible for a 50% partial refund of the total tuition fee.
• Alternatively, you may opt for a 100% tuition credit transfer to any upcoming cohort within the next 12 calendar months at no additional charge.

Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days in Advance

Due to strict participant seat caps (maximum 15 learners per cohort to preserve mentor interaction):

• Cancellations made less than 7 calendar days prior to the start date, or after the cohort has commenced, are non-refundable.
• However, you may transfer your enrollment seat to a colleague or reschedule to a future cohort once, provided notification is given prior to the first live session.

2. Non-Refundable Items & Work Already Started

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

• Tuition fees once the first live workshop lecture or lab session has taken place.
• Custom curriculum development fees for private enterprise engagements after bespoke course syllabus materials have been authored and delivered.
• “No-shows” (registered participants who fail to attend scheduled live cohort sessions without prior notice).

3. Workshop Rescheduling Policy

We understand that professional scheduling conflicts arise. Every enrolled participant is granted one (1) complimentary cohort transfer to a future scheduled cohort date within 12 months, provided written request is received at least 5 business days before the original start date. Subsequent rescheduling requests incur an administrative re-allocation fee of ฿1,500 THB.

4. Course Cancellation by Dime Insight Library

In the rare event that Dime Insight Library Co., Ltd. must postpone or cancel an educational cohort due to instructor illness, severe technical disruptions, or force majeure:

• Enrolled participants will be offered the choice of a 100% immediate full refund or guaranteed priority placement in the rescheduled cohort.
• Dime Insight Library is not liable for secondary travel or lodging expenses incurred for in-person workshops.

5. Refund Request & Processing Procedure

To submit a formal refund or rescheduling request:

1. Email Request: Send an email from your registered registration address to info@insightspirehub.click with the subject line “Refund Request - [Your Name] - [Cohort ID]”.
2. Review: Our academic administration will review the timestamp and enrollment records within 2 business days.
3. Processing: Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment (bank transfer or wire) within 5 to 10 business days.
